About the role
As an Activity Management Officer, your responsibilities include:
* Conducting health and safety risk assessments and incident reporting to ensure safe participation in activities
* Supporting participants to overcome barriers and connect with activities across Employment Service Areas
* Collaborating with community organizations to coordinate activities and ensure smooth transitions
* Sourcing and matching participants with suitable activities, including study, training, volunteering, and short-term employment
About you
* Experience in Employment Services and knowledge of disability support sector
* Ability to tailor strategies to meet participant needs
* Skilled in managing high workloads, priorities, and deadlines
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and relationship-builder
* Attention to detail and customer service excellence
* Driver's license required for regional travel
