Project Administrator, Property ComplianceJoin WSP as a Project Administrator in Property Compliance and contribute to impactful projects within a global leader in engineering consulting. This role is based in our Sydney office and involves supporting our Property Compliance team with project and administrative tasks.Key responsibilities include:Assisting Project Managers with project setup, document control, and maintaining project files.Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates.Managing communications, scheduling site visits, and supporting procurement activities.Assisting with tender preparations, tracking project deliverables, and maintaining safety and compliance documentation.Coordinating employee mobilization, onboarding, and reviewing non-technical documents for accuracy and compliance.Inputting data into property compliance systems and managing audit routines and certifications.We seek a proactive, tech-savvy individual with at least 2 years of office or project coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
