The Role:
* A well-maintained portfolio with the majority located within close proximity to the office
* End to end property management with support from a leasing agent
* Conduct PCR's, routine and final inspection
* Manage maintenance and monitor rent arrears
* Support from an experienced Head of Department and Director
* Back up and cover during annual leave, sickness or busy periods.

The Criteria
* Previous experience managing your own portfolio, min 2+ years
* Property Management Registration
* Driving license and reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
