The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of Netball NT.
This role requires a strong leader who can drive innovation, collaboration, and growth across all areas of the organisation.
The CEO will oversee daily operations, manage staff and resources, and act as the key liaison between stakeholders, government, sponsors, and the broader community.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning
* Develop and maintain strong commercial partnerships and secure investment to ensure organisational sustainability
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the Territory Netball Stadium complex in Marrara, with a focus on optimising its utilisation and meeting the needs of the netball community
* Provide strategic guidance and support to member associations to deliver successful programs, competitions, and participation pathways
* Maintain effective governance structures and practices to ensure sound decision-making and accountability
