As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you are the go‐to support for the store's senior leadership team. You keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your department, leading by example, ensuring each day runs smoothly and operations stay well‐coordinated.

• Lead by example, demonstrating best service practices.
• Coach the team on appropriate service behaviours.
• Onboard and train new team members with induction support.
• Maintain merchandising standards to meet business requirements.
• Manage and coordinate stock effectively.

Our ideal candidate has a genuine passion for retail and customer service, complements the store leadership team, and possesses previous supervisory experience in a fast‐paced environment. You communicate openly, coach and develop others, and are eager to build your leadership career within a supportive team.

• Prior experience in merchandising (bonus).
• Ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback to the team.
• Results‐driven and team‐player mindset.
• Approachable and confident, creating positive experiences with customers.
• Eagerness to learn about new products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods assisting customers across retail hours.
