Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-centric outcomes. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs. Apply modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, TDD/BDD, and DevOps to accelerate delivery and improve quality. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and integrating them into existing platforms. Ensure software solutions are secure, performant, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and quality. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in software engineering with a strong grasp of application layer development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
