Based in our fantastic office in Robina, with flexible work arrangements available post- training, this phone-based role encompasses:
* Establishing robust relationships with doctors, delving into their professional and lifestyle aspirations.
* Assessing and qualifying doctors for work opportunities aligned with their goals.
* Cultivating and nurturing partnerships with General Practices and healthcare providers, aligning with their staffing requirements.
* Innovating solutions to address the distinct needs of doctors and practices.
* Facilitating negotiations and finalizing agreements between doctors and healthcare services.
* Going the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborating with a team of Solutions Specialists to achieve collective success.
