We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused CRM System Analyst to join our Business Systems area. This role is full-time permanent based in our West Perth Office, reporting to the Business Systems Lead, and will provide Australia-wide support. The role is responsible for supporting the Dynamics 365 CRM system within the Company regarding functionality, integrations, data management, reporting and analytics. When capacity allows, the role will also support other business system products within the systems architecture.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day administration and support of business systems, databases and associated applications ensuring integration with the end‐user.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform daily admin tasks (user setup, roles, permissions), and ensure system performance and updates.
* Collaborate with key users and stakeholders to optimise processes within CRM.
* Lead data analysis, development and maintenance of reporting and analytics within the CRM and Power BI platform, staying up to date on CRM trends to enhance functionality.
* Maintain documentation and develop standard operating procedures, provide user training, and advise on best practices for CRM adoption and efficiency.
* Support the review of system functionality including enhancements, changes, system issues, fixes and interfaces with other systems.
* Ensure practices surrounding disaster recovery and backup procedures are maintained and followed to safeguard business continuity.
* Support the business with consolidating data from different sources, the analysis and preparation of dashboards and reporting.
* Provide support with data security, privacy and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1‐3 years' experience in a business systems, application support or CRM focused role with either a tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science.
* Strong understanding of IT systems, particularly CRMs and the infrastructure/network management.
* Advanced reporting and data analysis skills inclusive of using different platforms e.g., Power BI, Excel.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness.
* Work rights in Australia; must obtain or provide a National Police Clearance no older than 3 months at time of application.
