Community Services #1 (CS#1) is looking for a dynamic Director (Nominated Supervisor – ACECQA) to lead one of our early childhood services through an exciting period of growth and change.

What We're Looking For:
* ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification (minimum Diploma).
* Demonstrated 2+ years' experience leading an early childhood service, ideally through change or growth.
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early childhood pedagogy.
* Confident communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
* Resilient, innovative, and ready to embrace a challenging and rewarding leadership role.
* Currently holds: ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card, National Police Check, Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications, Current Driver Licence.

Competitive Hourly rate of $ 52.66 - $57.31 (minimum 5% above the award + 15% Wage Retention) plus superannuation and Salary Packaging.
