The M80 Ring Road Alliance (ACCIONA, MACA, and AECOM) project
The M80 Ring Road Completion will upgrade the road between the M80‐Plenty Road interchange and the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, providing a seamless connection to North East Link. Works include 14 kilometres of new lanes, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design, and landscaping. The project will be completed in 2028.
Key Accountabilities for the position
* Reconciling progress claims received against approved dockets and/or approved purchase requisitions.
* Liaising with relevant Contract Administrator where there are reconciling issues.
* Manage Webapp approval process for non‐payment claim invoices.
* Update Webapp status and PO reception in SEO once approvals in Webapp are received.
* Generate Purchase orders, as needed.
* Ensure all Alliance safety processes and procedures are adhered to.
* Support the development and implementation of positive initiatives to enhance the working experience for the Alliance.
Required Skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Previous experience in a similar role; construction experience highly regarded but not required.
* Demonstrated ability to be efficient, organised, and show attention to detail.
* High level of stakeholder engagement in a previous role.
