Job Title: Senior Collections Specialist
About the Role:
This position involves managing a portfolio of high-value accounts to identify opportunities for growth and minimize risk.
Main Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Oversee a collection of high-value accounts, identifying potential growth opportunities and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
* Credit and Risk Management: Develop and implement effective credit and risk management strategies to ensure maximum returns and minimal losses.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential issues, taking ownership of resolution and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of credit and risk management processes.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in banking/vendor finance/leasing in credit and risk areas.
* Skillset: Ability to analyze complex data, develop effective strategies, and communicate results to stakeholders.
* Knowledge: Understanding of documentation, lease products, credit risks, and compliance policies.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and drive change throughout the organization.
