Job Overview
The Overnight Respite Manager will lead a dedicated team of carers to deliver high-quality care services in Dubbo.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a passionate and dedicated team to deliver individualised care to clients.
* Work with the Head of Services to recruit, mentor and lead staff, ensure quality and oversee all aspects of care provision.
* Provide professional leadership for your team to make a significant difference in improving the quality of life for those we care for and their carers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Aged Care and a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
* Demonstrated ability to build supportive relationships with clients within a relationship-based model of care;
* Knowledge of Commonwealth Home Support Program Manual, Home Care Packages Program Guidelines, and Home Care Common Standards.
* Experience managing a team of professionals in a multi-site environment.
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
* Strong administrative and computer skills.
* Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping those in need.
