Our LEGO Certified Store in Hobart is looking for an energetic Sales Associate. The store features life‐size LEGO models, a Pick‐a‐Brick wall, hard‐to‐find product releases and amazing bricks‐in‐hands engagement opportunities. Designed in partnership with the LEGO Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO Certified Store network and the home of LEGO in Hobart.

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will provide support to the store management team to help achieve KPI results, deliver an excellent, fun customer experience in store, and cultivate an inclusive & cooperative team culture. You will act as a key holder and be involved with opening and closing store operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to take on extra responsibility beyond the average sales assistant.

• Provide operational support to the store management team by assisting with store opening and closing routines, register functions, and back‐office procedures.
• Work closely with the store management team to fulfill online orders and execute in‐store activations.
• Support efficient inventory management, including stock‐takes and cycle counts.
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards and store activations.
• Help build a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes a safe & fun atmosphere.
• Share your knowledge and passion for LEGO to help educate the team on our product range and develop their sales skills.

• Have retail sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reflect professionalism while understanding the importance of a fun, encouraging and welcoming team environment and have a genuine passion for LEGO.
• Be self‐motivated, driven, results‐oriented and can demonstrate success in achieving KPIs within a retail atmosphere.
• Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals and connect the team to the essence of the LEGO brand.
