About the Role:
- Start Immediately
- Day Shift – 7:00 AM Start
- Casual Ongoing Employment
- Pay Rate: $36.91/hr after 3 months
Your Responsibilities:
- Assemble air conditioning units, including switchboards and insulation, on a production line
- Operate hand and power tools for various tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues
- Ensure product quality throughout the process
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Previous experience in manufacturing or similar environments
- Full working rights in Australia (Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply)
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
