About The Opportunity

As an Administration Officer within SDPR, Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, providing essential support to deliver one of the state's most transformative healthcare programs. You'll play a key role in coordinating operations, managing documentation, and enabling connected, safe care across NSW.


In This Role, You Will

* Maintain accurate records and manage document control within our document management system.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes and support the delivery of projects and strategies across the SDPRIA program.
* Provide a broad range of administrative support, including calendar and meeting coordination and minute-taking.
* Deliver timely and efficient advice while ensuring a positive customer experience.


About You

* You have proven experience in providing high-level administrative support and managing competing priorities.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with systems for data entry and records management.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
