Job DescriptionPrepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.Handle employee queries related to payslips, deductions, and leave balances.Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, superannuation, and statutory requirements.Assist in preparing BAS, PAYG, and other financial reports.Maintain organized filing systems for payroll and accounts documents.Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.Skill SetRelevant qualification in accounting.Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting functions.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.
