About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Content & Digital Manager to join our Head Office Marketing team.
Working across our portfolio of venues, you will be responsible for developing and executing audience‐led marketing campaigns that drive bookings, revenue, guest engagement and brand growth. Combining campaign management, email marketing, audience insights and digital performance, this role plays a key part in ensuring our marketing activity is targeted, measurable and effective.
This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with venue leadership teams, Operations, Guest Services and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and continuously optimise performance.
Please note, this role requires full‐time, on‐site attendance at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands and venues
* Analyse customer behaviour, booking trends and audience data to identify growth opportunities
* Build and manage audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance
* Create, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns and customer communications
* Implement and maintain campaign tracking, attribution and UTM frameworks
* Produce regular reporting and performance insights to support business decision‐making
* Manage website content updates, campaign landing pages and digital marketing activity
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver marketing initiatives
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
* 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM or audience marketing
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys and campaign performance
* Experience managing email marketing campaigns and customer communications
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and reporting platforms
* Experience with attribution, campaign tracking and performance measurement
* Excellent copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management capabilities
* Hospitality, retail, lifestyle or consumer marketing experience highly regarded
* A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
