The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated gardener to step into a leadership role within our growing team. Working closely with the business owner, you’ll help manage day-to-day operations, maintain our high standards, and work confidently both independently and as part of the team.
You’ll work across a range of beautiful properties throughout Bowral, Burrawang, Bundanoon, and Mittagong, leading by example and guiding other team members with professionalism and care.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, planting, and mulching
* General garden clean-up and maintenance
* Planning and allocating tasks across the team
* Liaising with clients and maintaining great relationships
* Identifying and solving problems on site with initiative
About You
You’re a hands-on professional who loves working outdoors and brings a sense of pride, responsibility, and reliability to your work. You enjoy leading others and are ready to take the next step in your career.
You’ll need:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (formal qualifications a plus)
* Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* A current driver’s licence
* Physical fitness and a good understanding of WHS practices
