Recruitment Business Partner @ UGL | Telecommunications & Utilities Operations & Maintenance
UGL is the lead electrical contractor for preventative and corrective maintenance as well as project work for power, communications, and security systems on University of Queensland sites throughout QLD. You get to work at state-of-the-art facilities encompassing commercial buildings and offices, research laboratories, industrial workshops, as well as sports fields and street lighting projects.
Due to increase in work volumes, we are seeking Electricians to join our team on a casual basis, from
1st September to 20th December 2025
, with the potential to extend further. Working primarily on large scale emergency light replacement project at UQ's Herston and St Lucia campuses, this important project involves implementing the latest technology.
About You
Experience working in Commercial Construction & Maintenance
Current Electrical Licence
Hold a current LVR / CPR Certificate
Fault finding and experience
Ability to work within a team and unsupervised
Experience with Nexus LX, Nexus RF & Clevertronics, Zoneworks
Experience with Excel & Workflow Management Systems
