What You'll Be Doing
* Being the first point of contact for service customers
* Explaining service needs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally
* Keeping customers informed and comfortable throughout the process
* Working closely with the workshop to coordinate services efficiently
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day
What We're Looking For
* A confident communicator with a genuine customer‐first approach
* Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
* Positive attitude and strong team spirit
* Basic computer skills
* Valid QLD C‐Class driver's licence (manual or auto)
Bonus If You Have
* Previous experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive role
* Interest or basic knowledge of vehicles or servicing
* Sales or upselling experience
* Familiarity with warranty or insurance claim processes
No Industry Experience? No Problem.
