**New Lead Creative position**
The Creative Director has a strong passion for brand and customer, and leads the wider creative team to develop visionary ideas and execute assets across all channels including brand, digital, in-store, private label, photography and more.
You will tell engaging and relevant stories that resonate with our customers and their needs that reflect the Baby Bunting brand; in addition to creating strong and impactful sales and trade focused communications.
You will play a key role in the articulation of the Baby Bunting Brand strategy, and have a strong working relationship with the wider marketing and digital team to ensure all briefs are actioned and trafficked in a timely manner; and concepts and assets are produced according to briefs, timelines, and budgets, utilising relevant creative and design platforms.
**Key deliverables**:
- Lead the creative direction for all marketing and trade campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Baby Bunting brand identity and objectives.
- Lead creative concept development for all brand activities, from private label to services, our website through to in store activation.
- Oversee the design and production of all marketing materials, including digital advertising, EDM, photography, print, social and content.
- Collaborate with marketing to conceptualise and execute compelling and campaigns that meet customer and business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the creative team, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and creative tools to drive innovation within the creative team.
**About you**:
If you are an experienced senior art director looking to manage a team and take ownership of all aspects of creative for a large Australian retailer, this is the role for you
- 15 years creative experience in both art direction and copywriting, either in house or agency.
- Proven experience leading a Creative & Design team.
- Ability to translate commercial objectives and ideas into brand activities and campaigns.
- Strategic experience and ability to sell in ideas and influence cross functionally.
- Passion for brand building, digital and social media content.
- Animation software such as Unreal, After Effects/ Premiere or similar.
- Knowledge of DAM and PIM.
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Wrike or similar.
