Role Description
Stone & Frank is growing, and we're looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer who is ready to take the next step and pivot client-side into a Project Management / Delivery-focused role.
With an exciting pipeline of commercial workplace projects launching through 2026 and beyond, this is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering design-led environments for some of Australia's leading organisations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands great interiors, thrives in stakeholder-led environments, and wants to lead projects from early briefing through to successful delivery on site.
As a Project Manager at Stone & Frank, you will take ownership of the delivery of commercial workplace projects, working closely with clients, consultants, designers, and builders to ensure outcomes are achieved across programme, budget, and quality.
Your interior design experience will be a major advantage in guiding design intent, reviewing documentation, and ensuring workplace environments are delivered with both function and finish in mind.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial workplace fit-out projects
* Act as the key client-side point of contact across stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
* Manage project programme, procurement, approvals, and delivery milestones
* Oversee design coordination to ensure intent is carried through to construction
* Review drawings, documentation, and consultant outputs with a strong design lens
* Facilitate workshops, briefings, and decision-making with client teams
* Attend site meetings and manage delivery through construction, commissioning, and handover
* Identify and proactively resolve project risks, issues, and scope changes
* Support high-quality project outcomes across cost, time, and experience
Why Stone & Frank?
At Stone & Frank, we deliver projects that sit at the intersection of design quality and delivery excellence.
You'll be joining a team that values:
* Design-informed project leadership
* Strong client partnerships
* End-to-end ownership
* A down-to-earth, high-performing culture
* Exciting workplace projects and long-term growth
