The role
Role Overview
Warehouse Operative – Mackay Warehouse, onsite. Monday to Friday, with on‐call roster. Learn and develop in a dynamic environment while meeting dispatch deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
- Participate in the on‐call support roster for emergency customer support
- Monitor stock quality
- Goods receipt and dispatch
- Freight delivery
- General administration as required
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Valid driver's license and forklift ticket
- Strong computer literacy with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service
- Leadership skills
- Experience in a fast‐paced workplace
- Ability to organise, manage workflow and multi‐task
- Adaptability to meet client needs
- Strong team player with excellent relationship‐building skills, positive attitude, and commitment to service operations
