- Salary: $98,478 to $104,165 - ASO6 - Full Time / Term Contract up to 31 December 2027

As South Australia's largest and leading health infrastructure project, we are offering the rare prospect to help play a profound role in designing and building a brand-new multi-billion-dollar medical precinct for the future women and children of South Australia.

A combined women's and children's hospital is incredibly unique, with only a few in the world, and we are at very exciting stage of the Project here in South Australia, with national and global interest, in this contemporary build.

Our new facility will have more beds, theatres, greater emergency capacity - and increased scope for future expansion.

Overview:

- The Senior Project Officer (Contracts), New Women's and Children's Hospital Project is accountable to the Director, Commercial and Legal and is responsible for contract management, governance and assurance programs, projects and services.
- The role works within the New WCH Commercial and Legal Workstream, undertaking critical risk management processes and assessments for complex and diverse commercial arrangements, providing specialist advice aligned with agency and whole of government strategies, policies and priorities.
- The Senior Project Officer (Contracts) controls and delivers project commercial contract management services and works within and improves on, strategies, policies and practices to ensure contract compliance whilst establishing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

- A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)
- A DHS 'Working With Children Check' (WWCC) is required for this position.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
