Our client is seeking for an APS6 Communications and Change Officer to join the Procurement and Corporate Services Branch.
About the Role:
The APS6 Communications and Change Officer is in the Property Portfolio and Programme Management Section in the Procurement and Corporate Services Branch.
The Property Portfolio and Programme Management Section is responsible for the agency's property acquisition plan, the oversight and governance of associated fit-out of sites and capital works, and the maintenance of the property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

4. Developing internal and external communications, including executive and ministerial correspondence, presentations, project updates, reports and intranet.
5. Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Consulting, influencing and advising project stakeholders on how to effectively manage, implement and communicate change to various audiences.
7. Supporting capital works delivery by providing communication and change support including assessing and streamlining team communication processes and pathways.
8. Identifying, assessing and reporting communication and change risks and implementing strategies to resolve.
9. Undertaking information collation to assist internal stakeholders communicate responses to inquiries.
