Job Summary
This role will provide support to both the finance manager and regional operations stakeholders. The successful candidate will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc duties.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the finance manager
* Assist in the end of month process
* Run general ledgers
* Assist with system updates
* Review costs and stocks
* Prepare monthly reconciliations
* Run monthly reports
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting for operations and capital expenditure
* Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Degree in accounting or commerce
* Working knowledge of financial concepts and processes
* Proficiency in office software and system applications
* Ability to perform reconciliations, journal entries, and end of month processes
* Experience with microsoft and accounting software
* High level of attention to detail
