LRH is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Educator to join our growing team on a part-time (0.8 EFT), ongoing basis.Working Together | We will respond to challenges together to create a safe, quality health service.ResponsibilitiesLead, deliver, and evaluate education, training and supervision programs for mental health staff.Support the professional development of students, graduates, and early career clinicians through preceptorship, mentoring, and supervision.Promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and research initiatives across mental health services.Collaborate with managers and multidisciplinary teams to identify workforce training needs and implement tailored programs.Ensure compliance with organisational, legislative and accreditation requirements, including NSQHS Standards.Act as a professional role model, providing leadership and participating in clinical activities to support best practice care.About you / QualificationsCurrent AHRPRA registration (Psychiatric Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work).5 years of demonstrated clinical experience in mental health.Postgraduate qualifications in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or equivalent disciplines.Demonstrated expertise in developing, delivering, and evaluating education and training programs.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.BenefitsSalary packaging up to $9,000 per annum.Meals/Entertainment benefit up to $2,650 per annum.Encouragement for professional development and ongoing education.A range of social club activities, discounts and diverse workplace activities.Free access to our Staff Wellbeing Centre offering health education and wellbeing.Access to discounted gym membership and fitness services through Fitness Passport Services.How to applyInterested in this opportunity?
