Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
* Support the delivery of diversional therapy programs and contribute to resident wellbeing.
* Complete routine documentation, general observations, and risk assessments.
* Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised environment through equipment use and team collaboration.
What we're looking for
* Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
* Ability to work well within a team and show initiative in daily care responsibilities
* Strong communication skills with a respectful approach to residents, families, and colleagues
* Understanding of confidentiality, safety, and customer service in a care setting
