is seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Reception/Administration Assistant.
About the Role
This is a pivotal, people-focused role and the first point of contact for patients, carers, families, volunteers, staff, and community members. You will also provide executive support to the CEO and ensure smooth communication and coordination across the organisation, helping the broader team focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and supporting people contacting or visiting BHCI
* Coordinating reception and daily office operations
* Supporting clear communication across clinical and corporate teams
* Providing administrative and executive support to the CEO
* Managing accounts payable, donations, and memberships
* Assisting with referrals, correspondence, and reporting
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient, professional service delivery
About You:
You are organised, approachable, and calm under pressure, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are confident using Microsoft Office, Xero, and information systems, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
