What We're Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (highly desirable)
* Experience in mental health nursing (preferred but not essential)
Skills & Attributes
* A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable:
* Previous experience in an inpatient mental health setting
* Understanding of recovery-oriented mental health care
* Knowledge of risk assessment and crisis intervention techniques
