Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Culture, this role works collaboratively with hiring leads and our P&C Advisors and Officers to deliver an end to end recruitment solution. Understanding the skills and experience required for internal vacancies, the Talent Advisor accesses a range of platforms and resources to find well-matched candidates for our vacancies across the SuniTAFE network.

Applicants will be required to have:
* Recruitment experience is preferred, although transferrable skills applying business processes and coordinating a busy work schedule will be considered.
* Exceptional communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence is required, including experience with sensitive and confidential information.
* Ability to provide advice and support for the recruitment process, meet new people, and communicate with empathy to a broad range of candidates.
* Must be proactive and able to lead activities with limited supervision, and apply a logical approach to identifying potential risks that may need escalation.
* An ability to adapt to continuous change, be flexible, and be an agent of change for organisation objectives.
* Highly developed customer service skills in a professional environment and in a position of trust.
* Ability to work across multiple technical platforms with patience and adaptability.
* Willingness to learn new systems, challenge the norm and seek improvement.
* Ability to seek and take on feedback as part of a continuous improvement culture.
The successful candidate will be required to provide:
* A successful criminal record check which is less than 6 months old; and
