Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

* Lodging tax returns, BAS/IAS statements with the Australian Taxation Office.
* Updating and checking Notice of Assessment correspondence from the Australian Taxation Office.
* Collation of clients Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.
* ASIC duties including Annual Review processing, change of addresses, changes to officeholders, typing and processing of ASIC related invoices, general correspondence, establishment of company and trusts.
* Reception work relief to Receptionist as required.
* General Admin Assistance preparation of client correspondence, typing invoices and client letters, data entry, scanning, printing and filing documents as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent time management and organisation initiative and high level of attention to detail ability to multi task and prioritise workload excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to maintain confidentiality Microsoft Office experience including Word Outlook and Excel preferred.
