Calling all superstar event coordinators, EAs, and admin pros
If you've been wondering
\"What's next?\"
— this could be your moment. Take those legendary organisation skills and channel them into a role filled with variety, creativity, and (let's be real) way more fun. We're working with a well-established organisation with a brand-recent South Yarra office, a buzzing calendar of inspiring events, and a fun, down-to-earth culture. They're looking for someone who can bring top-notch organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a love of variety to the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and coordinating a packed calendar of events, from intimate gatherings to big showcase moments.
- Working with stakeholders to bring event concepts to life, balancing budgets, timelines, and creativity.
- Managing all the logistics: RSVPs, venues, menus, travel, AV, entertainment, name tags — you name it.
- Owning the on-the-day delivery: setting up, welcoming guests, troubleshooting, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Wrapping things up with post-event feedback, reporting, and supplier reconciliations (because detail matters).
Why you'll love it:
- A collaborative, down-to-earth team that values initiative and ideas.
- Variety — no two weeks are the same, with a mix of planning, organising, and being right in the action.
- A supportive culture where flexibility, fun, and a \"sleeves up\" attitude are part of daily life.
- Perks like a dog-friendly office, WFH Fridays (outside event weeks).
- A generous Christmas shutdown — because everyone deserves a proper break.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in event planning or coordination (EA/admin experience with exposure to events also considered).
- Impressive organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and loves being the one who makes it all come together.
- Diplomatic and discreet – handles sensitive information with total confidentiality.
- Detail-obsessed – spots errors before anyone else does.
If you're ready to take the reins on events that make a real impact — and have a little fun along the way — we'd love to hear from you.
