One of Australia's **Well Established** **Federal Government Departments **is looking to onboard several **Organisational** Change Managers **to work within a multi-skilled team in Canberra. The department has received approval for a minimum of 50 new nationwide projects due to commence in the new year! You will play an important role be assessing the impact of change, stakeholders, process and technology. The successful **Organisational Change Managers **will be offered an initial **30-month contract** including **long-term** **extension options** partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.
The successful** **Organisational Change Managers **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Develop and execute multi-channel communications plans with the support of other related functional teams to prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in a new environment, with a new technology or within a new organisational structure.
- Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders to execute business readiness activities and deliver targeted communication and engagement activities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to provide information and evaluate their effectiveness.
The successful** **Organisational Change Managers **will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience with Identifying, analysing and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
- Integrating change management activities into a project plan and support change management at the organisational level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and communicate information and expectations to stakeholders at all levels.
