Your New Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to join our residential team on a casual basis. Bring your passion for well-being to our community, fostering a warm and supportive environment for residents.
This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Your Responsibilities and Duties
* Observing and reporting changes in residents' behaviour or physical condition
* Managing medications and treatment procedures as directed
* Liaising with medical practitioners, pharmacists, and other health services
* Assisting the RN1 with clinical requirements
* Supporting cigarette and alcohol programs
* Documenting observations and changes
* Providing emotional support to residents
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Cert IV/Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
* Experience in aged care, mental health, disability, or community support
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to support residents' independence
* Friendly and non-judgmental attitude
