Support Worker – Supported Independent Living (SIL) Warragul, VIC All Aspects Care Services PTY LTD
All Aspects Care Services is seeking experienced and professional Support Workers to join our SIL team in Warragul. We are a high-quality, values-driven provider and are looking for staff who genuinely take pride in their work and understand what best-practice support looks like.
This role suits someone who is confident, emotionally intelligent, and capable of working with complex needs while maintaining dignity, boundaries, and professionalism at all times.
About the Role:
You will be supporting participants in a SIL environment with daily living, community access, emotional regulation, and skill development. Shifts may include active nights, sleepovers, and weekends.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has minimum 12 months experience in disability
* Previous SIL experience desirable
* Demonstrates strong communication and documentation skills
* Is reliable, punctual, and genuinely invested in client outcomes
* Understands person-centred and trauma-informed care
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Full Victorian Driver’s Licence
* Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support (or similar)
* Strong written and spoken English
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in SIL
* Medication administration experience
* Restrictive practices training- training will be provided
