About the role We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant to join our small team at Nepean Glass and Screens' in Somerville, Victoria on a casual basis. As a Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the overall operations of our business. What you'll be doing Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, receipts and payments Accounts Receivable: Invoicing and manage debtors Payroll: Processing Payroll – fortnightly (1 employee) via Xero & monthly superannuation Reconciliations: deposits, bank and credit card accounts Maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with general office duties, such as handling inquiries and managing office supplies Other ad hoc duties as support to the business owner What we're looking for Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles, ideally in a small business or accounting environment Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Proficient in using XERO accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now.
