Overview
Administration & Yard Support role at Supagas — Launceston branch. This is a Full Time position reporting to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, process orders, and address customer inquiries.
- Greet and serve walk-in customers and guests.
- Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
- Perform general yard duties and yard operational support, including filling cylinders and loading/unloading vehicles.
- Provide support to the Yard supervisor and Branch manager for daily operational requirements.
- Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
- Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
- Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information.
- Ensure accurate setup of new customer accounts.
- Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- MR licence advantageous
- Forklift licence advantageous
- Technology system acumen
- Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment with high call volumes
- Professional and friendly telephone manner (role involves telephone-based communication)
- Strong attention to detail
