We’re currently seeking a Family Law Solicitor who shares our values and is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes that have a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Principal Solicitor and collaborate with Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners and Counsellors to provide a holistic approach to family law.
As a Family Law Solicitor, you will:
* Independently manage a diverse caseload from start to finish
* Advise on a broad range of family law matters including parenting, property, child support, and maintenance
* Assist in preparing legally binding agreements such as consent orders and financial agreements
* Represent clients in dispute resolution processes following separation or family breakdown
* Occasionally represent clients in Court
This is a Permanent Part‑time position, working Tuesday to Thursday (22.5 hours per week) or, alternatively working shorter days across the working week (22.5 hours per week).

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3 years post admission & solicitor experience in Family Law in Australia
* Hold a current Solicitor Practicing Certificate in NSW
* Proven track record in handling diverse cases with empathy & professionalism
* Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation
* High‑level of interpersonal skills, ability to build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
