**The Role**
- This is an inbound customer service role, where you will be assisting landlord and tenants with their insurance inquiries.
- You will be having genuine and real conversations, with a sincere willingness to help and solve problems, by doing right by your clients.

**Requirements**:
- To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Call centre experience is a HUGE advantage
