Director Of Sales
The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the hotel's business objectives.
* Develop strategic plans for room, event, and outlet sales to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of contracts in accordance with current business conditions.
* Analyze repeat booking patterns and negotiate offers, options, and discounts to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances the hotel's competitive position.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
