The Role and Duties
* Drafting correspondence, court documents, briefs and legal documentation
* Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and other external parties
* Diary and inbox management
* Monthly billing and client reporting
* File management, archiving and electronic filing
* Preparing court filings and documentation
* General administrative and team support duties
About You
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Insurance or Litigation
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy environment
* A proactive and reliable attitude
* Strong communication skills and a professional manner
* Experience with billing systems such as Aderant will be highly regarded
