Base pay range

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Cadet to join our team in our Ormeau office. This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch their career in sales within a supportive and high-energy environment.
Requirements
* Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects
* Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold calling
* Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle
* Develop relationships with prospects and identify their challenges through effective questioning
* Collaborate with a wide range of departments
What we're looking for:
* A genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in person
* An analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trends
* Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
* Self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate success
* Previous customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Resilience, positivity, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
