WHAT'S INVOLVED?
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the iconic and award winning Beenleigh Distillery crew to wow our customers with our service, innovation, and premium products.
* You'll be passionate about hospitality – drawing from your previous experience in casual dining, you will provide exceptional customer service that showcases our dedication to tourism in QLD.
* You're a leader – being a mentor for the FOH team, you will lead by example and empower quality service and innovation.
* You'll understand your customers – Demonstrating your excellence and experience in customer service, you'll get to know our customers and offer an experience to remember. Assisting the team with any complaints and escalating where needed.
* You'll be an Ambassador for our Brands – Promote our locally made products and share the history of the Company during tastings.
* You'll have an eye for detail – Ensuring high presentation standards are met you will keep the venue clean and tidy and report any maintenance issues.
* You'll be reliable – Work across a 7 day roster, including nights and weekends, with the ability to open and close the restaurant unsupervised.
* You'll be proactive - Assisting management, you will review and monitor wastage and stock control, collaborate to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
This role will require you to have a valid RSA.
