Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Front Office Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic landmarks.
We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced Front Office professional with strong conflict resolution skills to lead our Front Office Team. This role involves overseeing daily hotel front office operations, managing guest service agents, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate and efficient processes and procedures.
Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
Key Duties
* Supervise the Front Office team and ensure adherence to all processes and procedures.
* Assist in training new team members and serve as a role model.
* Provide high-quality service to all guests by efficiently responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
