Role Description
This is a role for a Business Development Manager in various locations including Ballart, Geelong and Melburne VIC. The role involves identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Responsibilities include developing strategies to expand the organization's network, analyzing market trends, presenting proposals, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values. The successful candidate will also work closely with stakeholders to establish partnerships and enhance community engagement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
* Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Understanding of the healthcare or disability services sector is highly desirable
* Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of key performance metrics in business development
* Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to the requirements of the role
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
