As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading a passionate sales team, developing strategies to boost sales and gross profit, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
Inspire and lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth
Coach and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service
Provide hands-on support on the sales floor and engage directly with customers
What They\'re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in retail sales or similar environments
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering excellence
Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics retail is essential
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in a second language is highly valued
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required
