We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Project Coordinator to join a newly established joint venture focused on sustainable energy and biofuel production. This exciting project involves reforestation, biofuel development, and export to Japan, and has attracted attention from both Japanese and Australian government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Manage reforestation and biofuel production activities in collaboration with partner companies.
* Support sales planning and business development for products including biofuel, animal feed, and seedlings.
* Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and data management.
* Communicate effectively in English and Japanese with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide operational support for visiting Japanese teams and assist with local coordination.
Ideal Candidate
* Native English speaker with strong Japanese skills, or native Japanese speaker with solid English proficiency.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge Japanese and Australian business cultures.
* Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
* Experience in trade, project coordination, business development, or agriculture/resource sectors.
* Proficient in MS Office and standard business tools.
