Required Skills and Qualifications
1. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or studying BA Nursing
2. A current First Aid Certificate is required (ongoing requirement)
3. An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential
