Insurance Claims Specialist Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims handling, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing injury liability claims as an insurance claims specialist. This will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to obtain evidence in accordance with disclosure obligations, driving portfolio-wide strategies to optimise management and settlement of injury liability claims, providing instructions to and having day-to-day oversight and strategic management of the external legal panel, and managing the settlement authorisation process and internal stakeholder engagement on individual injury liability claims.
Requirements:
* Personal Injury or Worker's Compensation claims handling experience at an insurer or broker
* Regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical requirements applicable under local legislation
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build and manage relationships
* Knowledge of insurance regulations, guidelines, and legislation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
